Lol, what a silly delusional bitter ****:

"I thought we were better than them. I thought we played well and created chances today. We played on the front foot and defended together.

"No one can say we deserved to lose that game. No one tries to miss chances, if you're in there to miss them, I can't complain.

"We can't just do that in North London derbies. If the players give me that between now and the end of the season, no problem, we'll be where we need to be.

"The result for Arsenal will paper over a lot of cracks, they were outplayed today and they've got to admit that.

Talk about papering over the cracks, he's trying to hide the fact that Spurs have been **** lately so he's trying to play up Spurs' performance, a game in which they only had one real chance which was down to an Arsenal error when Shezny fumbled with catching the ball. This guy is one serious ****.

As SJW said, he's a complete amateur.

He's completely out of his depth, even at Spurs.

If their defending was so together then why was he hurling his gillet to the floor in disgust when AOC wasted that glorious one on one? Spurs played a suicidally high line and had we been more composed we could have punished them further.

I thought we played sensibly considering we were away from home and ravaged by injuries. The defence was superb and limited their chances to the bare minimum despite their possession.

As said, I think he's trying to deflect from people scrutinising Spurs' form by having a dig at us.

It's a bit ironical with Spurs' high line, that was basically our downfall there last year when twice they managed to catch us because of our high line, that was a very very low point in our defending in last seasons defeat at WHL.

I thought we were second best for much of yesterdays game.
Tottenham dominated possesion but didn't create anything, I don't remember Ches having a save to make and the pressure was created by him making mistakes.
I thought Kos and Mert was unbelievable, but I also thought we were lacking any real creativity in the middle, the last 10 mins were impossible to watch as it seemed we were unable to keep possesion for more than 5 seconds despite winning a few free kicks deep into injury time.
No-one enjoyed the win more than me but we didn't convince....

Dim ****wood: 'Right lads, we're gonna line up 442 and play with a high back line so we can get in their faces'

Spud players: 'But how do we guard against one ball over the top ?'

Dim ****wood: 'Don't worry about that, I just want to see guts and determination'

Spud players: 'But that is tactical suicide, we'll get picked off by any pacey forwards or wingers'

Dim ****wood: 'I don't care about any of that, Blood and thunder will get us through'

Spud players: 'You're talking **** Tim, what about a plan B'

Dim ****wood: 'I don't need a plan B, just character and willing and if that doesn't work I'll just chuck the ball at one of the oppo players'

Spud players: 'You're a prick Tim'

Dim ****wood: 'Right then, you're being sold in the summer'

Its interesting that Arsene says nothing about the Spurs manager but we have a succession of them giving it large and ending up all eggy .

Redknapp ( GONE ) " Bring it on Arsene "
Mr Bean ( GONE ) " Arsenal are in a negative spiral "
Timmy Boy ( watch this space ) " Arsenal are just papering over the cracks "

if Theo had played today he would have loved the space to run in to and with the form he was in he would have had a hat-trick
