I'm not having a go or calling you out or anything, as this could be interpreted that way, but that's bollocks for two reasons. 1) it's pass holder application only at present. If every pass holder took up the option for maximum tickets, that would be 26,000. We have 8000 pass holders eligible to apply for two tickets each, and 10,000 pass holders eligible for only one each. We have 32,000 tickets allocated, 4000 of which are set aside for corporates and club staff. 16,000 can be taken by adult and senior pass holders, and 10,000 can be taken by concession pass holders/adults on their first consecutive year. That amounts to 30,000 tickets - 2000 hitting general sale is a bare minimum. 2) for anyone to have any sort of inclination of how many tickets have been requested, they would have had to have started processing orders. That clearly hasn't started yet or else we'd have surely heard something, people would be getting confirmation emails for a start. Whoever told you that is talking cobblers.

Someone in the ticket office told me, apparently not everyone is equal & some people at the club are being allowed more than 2 each (corporates, players, club officials etc etc) and the figures are based on the e-mail volumes received so far (some staff are working on it already), I believe the figures are based on projected applications & the club are already on the record as saying they only expect 2000 to go on general sale , I did think the figures appeared high
I wasn't joking. You implied criticism of others for wanting Wembley tickets all of a sudden yet you clearly fall into that category. I know you've got a good reason preventing you from going previously but that's the thing, loads of people do and they're often prepared to make arrangements to get around it when it comes to games like a semi-final at Wembley. People think they're a massive loyal fan even if they don't go to games any more but those who do go to games are obviously going to get priority. The club's system prioritises those who make every home game. If anyone for whatever reason can't make home games then they can't expect Wembley tickets.
There will be hundreds who haven't been to a game all season who get tickets in the first allocation, we have applied for 6 but only 2 of us going are actually passholders, two due to living in Italy have not been in three years
It could probably be some form of scaremongering, hoping word like this spreads round so people panic, get their applications sent in, and any non pass holders try and get their tickets via pass holders. A panic amongst supporters thinking they won't get a ticket will help them to sell a lot more a lot faster. It's obvious the club want everyone applying by this email form and not queuing at the ticket office, and if everyone gets their application sent in nice and early, then they know where they stand with regards ticket numbers and it's all out the way. Corporates can only apply for two tickets per pass also, OLM is a corporate and has already said earlier on this thread he is only entitled to two tickets in the red area. I don't doubt that someone at the ticket office told you this, but it's wholly inaccurate for the reasons stated.
You might get let down there, it's only 2 tickets per pass holder so you're only entitled to 4. That said, if ticket sales aren't going through the roof, or a half sizeable number of pass holders don't take up option for maximum tickets, I'm sure they'll let it slide, it's tickets sold at the end of the day.
I agree 100% with the priority of tickets & it's just the whole thing like NorthFerribyTiger is saying in the above email is the thing that pisses people off. 30K tickets should be more than enough for Hull City fans but I'm pretty sure that some of those that get tickets through friends & family will either have never been to a game or only when their preferred teams like Man Utd or Liverpool aren't playing.
No there are 3 passes one passholder isn't going so 6 tickets applied for and only 2 of the 3 passholders is going to Wembley
To be fair the 4 using our spare tickets are 2 wives going for a shopping weekend & wembley experience & 2 lads who were passholders for 20 years up t moving abroad with work
Yes unfortunately we travel down Friday, Saturday it's pub to watch Arsenal v Wigan for the lads while the girls hit Oxford Street. Early start for a bit of London Marathon watching at Cutty Sark & then Wembley to watch us stuff the Blades
The email to all corporate fans went out on Saturday, we've got until Friday to get our applications in and we are definitely limited to two tickets per membership.

Just rang the ticket office, for anyone else who needs to make amendments the lady said to just send a new form in an email with a note to say you've amended it, but they can't guarantee the amended form will be processed as they've had thousands sent in and it could get lost in confusion.
Email confirmation for me recieved at 10:18 this morning. I sent my form at 5:09 on Saturday so I might be one of the first. Ill hope that means better tickets/seats.
Is it just me or is it all getting a but uneccesary with this ticket situation. It seems like it has been made uber stressful for people when perhaps it didn't need to be so. Is it really worth worrying about it so much. I don't think it is.
Stress free here Charlie . Think it's those who don't have a pass or want extra ticket for family member or those trying to get seats near friends getting worried.... (Maybe) My sister has stayed here a few days and was taking my form in this morning when she gets back home .
