Tough question, I feel RVP is the best player, but he is to old and doesn't work for the team.

Rooney is like a Suarez but cra*per.

    Carrick to old.

For me, has to be De Gea, Mata and Rooney as a replacement incase Suarez gets injured.

  2. First and foremost, I wouldn't take any of them!

De Gea is a easy option. Beyond that I'm struggling. Our weak positions are the same as theirs.

If forced to chose three, I'd go with:

    1) De Gea; quality keeper who is still young and will become one of the best in the world.

    2) Mata; their best player although I'm not sure where he'd fit with us.

    3) Janazai: he will become a very good player.

De Gea, Kagawa and Hernández would strengthen our bench

Mata and Rooney wouldn't be 1st choice so wouldn't justify their wages even if free

Fully agree with Januzaj, him and De Gea would be my top 2 choices. 3rd would be between Mata and Rooney, Mata has age on his side, Rooney has a higher work ethic.

Hernandez Definately. De gea is a very good keeper (great save from Suarez)' probably Rooney on a lower wage.
Mata, don't know don't think he'd work hard enough.

    1) Mata- Excellent player who's wasting his time at Man U under a manager who has **** all idea what to do with him.
    2) Janujizzy- Great prospect.
    3) De Gea- Turning out to be a good keeper, without him Man U would be really far up **** creak. Thought he was the only Man U player to come out of today's game with any credit.

Can't see why anyone would want Rooney, he's absolute ****. So far over hyped by British media and Manure fans, expect to see him do even less than the rest of the England squad in the summer. 300K a week!! Manure are being robbed.

  8. I think Rooney is a very good player used in the right system but no player bar the worlds top performers (Messi or C.Ronaldo) are worth £300k per week! That is equivalent to Suarez, Sturridge , Sterling AND Coutinho!!!

    Jones, Cleverly and Smalling.

All three going to be absolutely world class players - the next Rio, Scholes and Vidic.

Are we all on an agreement, that only De Gea would walk into Liverpool first team?

Not even Rooney on top of the diamond? where Sterling played today centrally.

I still think we have a very good set of players. Far better than what their current position implies. We have weak areas of course but so do yourselves. The difference is belief, confidence and a will to win.

You beat us without breaking a sweat today. Worse than the 6-1 and the 4-1 if I am honest. You have a manager who believes in his players and they believe in him. We used to...

To the OP. You guys would have struggled to pick 3 players at any point in the past 20 years so its no surprise.

Enjoy moyes while he last <laugh>

If he didnt play for united I suspect it may be different. The same would apply with some of your players I suppose.

No but he's experienced backup and better than Jones

Rooney would kill our play, his touch is far too bad to start for us

Yeh Rooney will probably get into Suarez space like he does with RVP.

I have to say I do think Mata would get in ahead of Sterling. Sterling is on red hot form and Mata is in a slump, but the latter is by far the better player. Although Sterling is an awesome prospect so it's important he gets game time.

Sterling worked his socks off today. I wonder who covered more ground today, Sterling or Mata?
