Got my semi tickets sorted, fingers crossed I'll be in the hull end, good luck everyone else see you there!
I don't know but this is the most ****ing ******ed ticketing system I've ever seen. People are actually going to have to sit their, opening each email one by one, checking the details of each pass holder on the form to make sure they qualify, also past history if they use the option for second ticket, entering payment details in to their system and generating a conformation reply, it's going to take a few minutes per application. There's 18000 of them to get done. I'd be surprised if they've tackled half of it by the time the semi final comes around. It's going to be a very, very, very long drawn out and extremely tedious process for a few poor sods. Glad it's not me!
I'd never looked at it that way before. Poor people who are going to be sat there for the next couple of days getting though those.
Dead right, why they have such an outdated and cumbersome system in this day and age is beyond me. We have a customer number so why we can't we just do it all online?
I wouldn't be surprised if they even did so many checks. You probably could have just added made up people to your form and they'd send out the tickets for that "person". Or a pass holder be on two different forms and get tickets both times.
Don't know if i'm being stupid here but the application form asks for the block, row and seat to be completed, for where you want to sit. Do I fill these in as I can't find a seating plan with that much detail on to make that choice. Any advice appreciated.
Does anyone know how to put ticks in the boxes. I'm using Windows 8.1. Is the amount you enter that of your preferred ticket?
Does anybody know why the £60 tickets have not been offered for sale? (Red ones shown on the booking form) Should be around 3400. Are the club subsidising them & including them in with the £50?
A lot of clubs don't use the scanners like they should! If you could just walk up and scan a ticket like you do on the tubes then it's open to abuse! Buy a child's ticket and use it I suppose? I know derby did use it when I last went but the I can't think of many others!
I can't remmeber which away game I went to which told me to take ID for my concession ticket because stewards would check tickets before entering automated turnstiles so they basically used half the number of people we did.
