I think it was hijacked. I think the passengers are probably dead and the plane is now grounded, probably somewhere like Pakistan, waiting for use on a separate terror attack.
That's a scary theory, Bri.
It implies a fairly big co-ordination and co-operation among travellers on the plane.
If true, it implies Al Queda not only have another flying bomb but better pilots to aim it.

Really, why would they hi jack a plane, and then no demands?
A seperate terror attack, where?

Acquiring it for a future attack maybe? it's just a theory isn't it. Seems more viable than bloody UFO![]()
Some reet nutters on here like, ufo's ffs.
I reckon it's just gone boom, and is no more.
I take Pakistan

some speculation and conjecture from the internet is that the plane landed in the XinJiang region of China after being hi-jacked by separatists from that region.
Its entirely possible that the Chinese know the plane is there and that indeed they have been already in contact with the hi-jackers to negotiate, but have not wanted to make it public - hence the random photos of debris in the South China Sea released by mistake.
The US may also know what's going on - but running out of patience with the slow progress are putting pressure on China by dripping out info 'anonymously' to speed things up.
Maybe some terrorist group is planning to hijack a few planes and turn them into weapons for an attack on either the USA or us.
Like they would get anywhere near. The planes would be picked up on radar or something, identified as the missing planes, unable to communicate, shot down because of that and where they were heading.
where the aircraft could be !
