Mark Webber reckons the Valencia race could really take off this year with the new regulations and that the Red Bull will fly round the circuit.

I don't know if you've read the article but if you have you'll know there's not really any reason to post it other than to make a couple of bad jokes.

Hamilton had had a good run at Canada ever since arriving (trailing clouds of glory) in F1.

I voted for Vettel because I think that the (appalling) Valencia circuit has enough high speed corners to get the Red Bull's flexi wing going.

All drivers are equal - but some are more equal than others.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but it looks like there's only going to be one detection zone again, but 2 activation zones.

The best place for overtaking at Valencia will come in the first activation zone, so if a driver overtakes into turn 12, he's got another DRS zone to pull away from the driver he's just overtaken. I don't see the logic in that, especially as the DRS was intended to be an overtaking aid.

I think there'll always be only one detection zone. The second activation zone enables the overtaking driver to pull away a little to ensure the overtake sticks and isn't just a temporary position exchange. In a way you could consider it a single activation zone interrupted by a braking zone. A second detection zone would mean the slower driver (the one being overtaken) gets the opportunity to drive past the faster driver in the second activation zone. That's not the purpose of DRS.

Plus, for the majority of tracks, the 2 straights used for overtaking are often only 1 corner apart.
