We just need a manager who can accept the way Cellino works and who has half a clue, then we can have a chance of getting out of this division, McD doesn't tick either of those boxes.

And better than sticking long term with a manager who seems to think two wins from eighteen is acceptable. Still he continuously says how great the fans are so that should keep them on board for another while
