Principled and decent man. Completely different from the chancers in his party nowadays. Also proof that not all EU-sceptics are from the right of politics.:emoticon-0137-clapp

Luton Town are the first English club to give their supporters' trust the legal right to veto any proposed changes to the club's image.

This is something I would like to see all clubs adopt ASAP.

My temp job has come to an end and my username is at least temporarily redundant. Time for a new idea.

Couldn't resist the temptation to buy a Euromillions ticket. Triple rollover.

They've just announced that the Euromillions jackpot has gone to one single ticket holder. From the UK.

    Someone has won £107,932,603.

Having been married to a teacher who quit, and having a few friends who quit being teachers, there is an awful lot of familiar stuff in that article. Two things stood out for me: first, the teacher who pointed out that doing drama in school actually teaches valuable life skills like co-operation and teamwork, and because there is no time for it the numbers studying have halved; and second, how the government have made it so easy for schools to be turned into corporate academies, which is the start of the slippery slope towards full-scale privatisation of education. Chilling stuff indeed.
