On Murphy, I really didn't like him at the start but I have seen something in him of late that I didn't before, thought we overpaid despite others having offered the exact same as us (and we probably still did) but I really think he'll follow the path of Ross and Pearce of having a reasonably bad first season in a leeds shirt and then becoming a really important player for us then after.
Some quick thoughts: Experienced success at this level in the recent past, made some excellent changes when he first came in (e.g., adjusted training pitch size, got the development squad training together with first squad, etc.), handled himself very well when dealing with difficult questions, does not blame others, does not embarrass players publicly, handles himself with dignity and professionalism.
