Friday, 14th March, 7.45pm Forster Chris Morris - van Dijk - Ambrose - Izzaguirre Joe Miller - Scott Brown - Murdo Davidon William MacLeod - Commons Harry Hood - The Thumb Killie 2 - Celtic 7 (Forster, Ambrose (2), Miller, The Thumb (3))
I thought they were going to give us a right game at Parkhead in the midweek game. We pumped them 4-0 in the end (my main memory is still that it was freezing). I see no reason for changing my over-cautious outlook, though. Tight game - reckon Boyd will score if he plays but has the thumb not got an outrageous record at Handegg Park? I think he scored a hat trick there with Hibs. 3-2 Celtic. Last minute winner by Ambrose where he most definitely does not foul the keeper.
Where on earth has reb gone? He would have been perfect for this thread. I think he would have made a bold 6 ****ing nil prediction. I am going fire a classic 6 -5. Thumb to go bratbakk esq and bag a double brace
Our last game Biton and Forrest both had outstanding games , Forrest surprise surprise , picked up an injury with Scotland that will keep him out for three weeks despite not playing !!! Biton has been rumoured to be out for the season with a torn groin , though no news from Celtic to confirm this .
Forster Matthews Ambrose Mulgrew (VVD banned) Mahe Boerigter Brown Johannsen <sp> Commons Stokes Jeremie Aliaderre 4-0 defeat for the hoops I regret
I'm going out for a few pints and some Band practice tonight, I will be in the vicinity of Oran Mor if anyone wants to buy me a pint. Recording the game so I can watch it when I get home so if you do meet me please don't tell me the score.
