    Been to New York, San Francisco and Seattle and stopped off briefly at Washington DC but I haven't been to Gettysburg.

    I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

    I was once rerouted from Chicago to New York because planes couldn't take off or land because of weather problems. New York wasn't much better, we circled for ages and people were getting a bit concerned about running out of fuel and what the consequences might have been. The poor stewardess's were running up and down the aisle giving people complimentary champagne to try and help soothe the nerves, but you could see they were a bit nervous themselves. Ended up at Pittsburgh and had an overnight stay at the Airport hotel before getting to my destination the next day.

    Having already been to Italy and Canada this year, JPF has few holidays of significance planned this year now, except Toronto in November, where I plan on proposing to the girlfriend <ok>

    We have discussed it before, and decided we'd have one reception in England and one in Canada. You'd all be invited to the one in England... But it'd be a few years off yet <ok>
