    Exactly Dex.

Although not entirely true. It was all KP's fault till they booted him out. There must be a desperate search for a new scapegoat at the moment.

    17.15 Cheltenham- Mr Mole - 10/1

Some quirky types have won this race in the past and you cant get more quirkier than Mr Mole! Beaten by Rock On Ruby in a match race- (even tho ROR disappointed on tuesday) He has been in some tough races against talented sorts and now handicapping in this sphere with AP on board. I fancy him to finish off a fairly disappointing festival for the champ in good style

You've put your neck on the line here fella! I hope it turns out better for you than it did for me <laugh>

In fairness you're usually on the money when your ballsy about one. Your festival must be bankrolled many times over from the infamous 'bank of Faugheen' us cuddy followers been paying into for a while! You longer than most I'd say <laugh>

I hope you're right about Briar Hill but I DO respect and fear King's Palace unlike Red Sherlock who I didn't give a prayer to in the Neptunes. Like I said above it could turn into a battle of jocks, the Scud hasn't been doing much wrong in the big ones either. Good luck <ok>

I feel like a right miserable ****er. Another "No bet" day tomorrow, that's 3 out of 4. Good luck to all who bet. Hope you find some winners.

Well done to all the winners so far.

    LOL beefy

One I simply have to be on tomorrow because I said all the season that his formlines are exceptional. Only defeat came last time in bottomless ground. Conditions will be fine tomorrow and I think he has an exceptional chance. So, all aboard THE SKYFARMER 16-1 in the Martin Pipe.

I don't understand why anyone's bothered about Kings Palace. He's smashed his fields but look who's in them.

He beat Creepy at Cheltenham by 18l's. Creepy ran in the Neptune and was 14th of 15. Destroyed by 70 lengths by Briar Hills stablemate. He's been battered by everything this season but got closest to Kings Palace. Monbeg Dude was third. That horse is prepping for the National. They don't care about winning naff hurdles.

The last run he beat a decent horse in Masters Hill who ran fairly well NTO against Deputy Dan. Nothing else has advertised the form and I'm not having beating Masters Hill any distance is good enough to win this race.

Kings Palace is clearly a decent horse that jumps well but he's jumped well when under zero pressure. He most likely will stay up the hill.

Briar Hill is the better horse but the issue is whether he'll stay. If he jumps like Faugheen jumped on Wednesday and stays up the hill there's only one winner of this race.

Cheers Bob, although it's a real shame that the weather has seemingly gone against him.

And I need that 50's to get me back to breaking even <laugh>

It's just King's Palace has been doing his winning pretty much unextended it's safe to assume there could be plenty more there.

Like I say, financially I bottled it as I've ended up on both (by design) but it should be hugely interesting down to their differing running styles. Briar Hill making it in crappy wee fields doing his own donkey work would be the hardest thing for him to do based on how the strong pace in the Bumper last year brought out his best performance. He needs something to run at and he'll get that tomorrow. I guess Mullins novice hurdlers hitting the heights this week shows he may well have the upper hand but the odds are too distorted IMO. This is no Faugheen v Red Sherlock mismatch.

I have very, very little worries about Briar Hill staying Bobster. None at all <ok>
