Yes, but they had 8 extra league games compared to what we're hopefully going to have, and although the Championship starts a week before the PL, they also finish earlier to get the playoffs in so they probably had to fit those 46 games into less time.

On the subject of UEFA/Europa entrants getting relegated from the PL, there hasn't been much opportunity because recently they've either been top end PL sides or they've been sides that got relegated in the season they qualified.

Yes we shall improve and increase the squad for the europa league. The problem with Swansea was down to far too many injuries. Plus they made the mistake of playing the same players on a thursday and a sunday. I would like SB to keep our best 11 for the PL only as that is where the glory really is. Then have another 15-19 players incl. some kids for the 3 cups. Twt like.

    Spot on ^^^^^^^ this.

I can see 7 points from those PL games for sure. Maybe more if we get something from the Man City and West Ham games.

Squad players Hat, they are called squad players nowadays.

    Not at all ^^^^^^ this.

SB has had the big club situation and look what happened. He vlikes it here and wants to stay. He does not need the money at all. He also loves working for Dr Allam. An owner who he trusts and an owner who lets him manage the Old Fashioned Way. Burnsy said last week that he thinks a contract extension has already sorted. Just some t's to be crossed and i's to be dotted. The summer should be very interesting.

Spot on . Agreed. ^^^^^^^^ this.

Yes but they qualified under those names didn't they? Hull Tigers would of qualified under the name Hull City.

Yes, yes, I believe you may be right.

On the bright side though, at least our £100m debt will be wiped clean and we won't owe Mr. Allam a penny.

Maybe that's the secret behind the financial advantages to changing the name that he's not letting on to.

I wonder how much we'll save from not having to pay our transfer fees that are still outstanding? On second thought we won't actually have any players because they'll all e contracted to Hull City AFC. Maybe they'll all sign for Hull Tigers on free transfers?

Newcastle nearly got relegated last season due to the congested fixture list.

Now the Europa league is out of the way, you will face a different team this time. No fatigue, injuries to key players and a new manager who has got the whole dressing room on board. And a certain michu is close to a return.

    As will you.

Instead of Graham up front, it will be Long and Jelavic, who tore your Welsh neighbours to absolute shreds just a couple of weeks ago.

Long and Jelavic have never scored against us so I won't be too concerned. I'd be more worried about Bony and Michu if I was you

Any particular reason you've got an iconic still from a film set in Yorkshire for your avatar?

Magic moments in film, Brian Glover as the PE teacher who thought he was Bobby Charlton!

Bony and Michu have never scored past us.

I do like the look of The Bone though (hopefully that’s what you all call him).

What do Swansea fans make of Chico?

Not having a pop, but are all you all embarrassed by him or do you all support him like supportive supporters?

Swansea will all be too busy rolling around on the floor holding their injured hair bobbles to keep us at bay. We should steam roller the diving pansy little girls.

I think you may be in for a surprise, we will be a different team Mark my words!

But I do think you have exceeded everyone's expectations this season and have proven on your day can beat anyone.

I love Chico he's a very passionate character and a bit of a rouge, most swans fans love him as well. But we don't condone his diving, which won't happen again under monk. It's a shame because he's actually is a very good player.
