The Mrs is letting me go now; therefore, for the 2nd time I will be paying £30 to see Hull City players look like ants!
A solution could be that everyone on here buy their allocation of two tickets (if this ends up being the case) and aggrees to sell the other to a non-pass holder from this site. I'm sure we could set up two lists of members; one for pass holders, and one for those without tickets. Then it's just a case of pairing up. I for one would be happy to buy an extra one to ensure it gets in to the hands of a proper fan.
Yes, clubs have time to sort out specific sets for people so they can sit exactly where they want. You can't expect more than getting a seat in an area dependent on what you pay.
It seems there are 8,000 adult pass-holders who are entitled to two tickets and 10,000 concession pass-holders who are entitled to one. I expect there's a few thousand people who attended earlier round FA Cup games that are also going to get looked after before they go on general sale.
Really? Those numbers are unexpected. Do disabilities count as concessions? Maybe there's a load of spongers claiming on having a 'bad back'. Either way, there'll be plenty to go to non pass holders, this is good news, and a sizeable chunk will be available should we make the final.
I'm assuming concessions are anyone who doesn't buy a full price pass. According to that, season ticket holders are entitled to 26,000 seats, leaving 6,000 seats to sell, but Ash has already said that there would be 2,000 left if everyone took their full allocation. From this, I'd assume that the club think there are 4,000 fans who've attended earlier FA Cup games and aren't pass-holders, who they're also going to try and look after. As there's only 25,000 seats for the final(should we get there), then I'm assuming we'd go with one per pass-holder, a few thousand for those who attended earlier FA Cup games and a ballot for the general sale of the rest.
They should Guarantee everyone that made the Sunderland game gets a ticket then extra for pass holders then general sale
Utter tosh and nonsense this ^^^^. I am genuinely hoping the club do the right thing regarding season pass holders and the hierarchy therein. West Lower should get to pick their seats first in the best seats at Wembley, followed by East and then South. We pay the most for season passes and therefore get first choice. We dont want riff raff and scruffy oiks from East and South stand surrounding us. It will ruin the whole match day experience... Do the right thing Mr Allam.
The disabled concession was abolished for this season. They pay the age-related full price but the carer gets a free pass. So an adult disabled person will be able to get 2 tickets but their carer only 1 - which I think is fair.
So someone attending their first game is guaranteed a ticket before a passholder who couldn't get there?
We have the lowest matchday revenue in the Premier League and last season, we weren't in the top half of the Championship matchday revenues either.
i had a dream last night that i woke up on semi final day to find that i'd forgotten to sort out a ticket, wandered down to wembley an hour before KO to try get one failed, then woke up in a mass panic.....
for what it's worth, for the semi anyway, with an allocation of 32k i think that everyone who wants a ticket will get one, i'd be surprised if many people missed out
I know of four pass holders alreadythat can't or won't go. I can't see there being a problem getting tickets, it's more the logistics of getting the required areas with all family/mates together.
The form allows for people more than one application at a time, so that people get to sit together and if there's a lot of you, you can staple forms together and still get allocated seats together. And I agree that people aren't going to have a problem getting tickets, for the semi final at least.
