It is amazing that Harry has been woeful since he came. Couldn't keep us up even though he spent a fortune and has under achieved this season. Okay we are forth for now, but the football has been awful. We needed a decent striker in January to help Austin out and once he got injured we needed two. Instead we got an oldie from a division below, a Brazilian youngster who is injured, a youngster from Man Utd who was useless when on loan to another championship team earlier in the season, and a West Ham reject (Maiga) who can't hold the ball up. Worst of all Harry doesn't look like he really cares and is probably thinking about what to do with his money when he retires.

Hughes was crap too how many games did we win under him especially away?

Hoilett, Park, Samba, Granero, Ceasar, I could go on and on, all worse playing for us than their previous teams.

So what is the reason, are they all only here for the money or do they not respect QPR and think they should be at a so called bigger club?

Because they are either sh*t or not made of the right stuff before they arrive. Our recruitment policy under Tony has been nothing short of disastrous.

Maybe we've got a gypsy curse on the club. Get Harry to limp round and piss on every corner of the pitch, that might just do the trick!...

Nobody gets coached (since Mclaren, gave us about 3 games of a decent Hoilett) nobody gets talked to, they are just left to get on with it. 'Football people' stealing a living from TF and us the fans. I'm moving from mocking sarcasm to real anger with Redknapp and his merry crew of ****ers. 65 games, a 35% win rate (nearly all in the championship), gave up in February last year, given up in February this year. I don't care how pathetic the players' attitude and lack of motivation is, he's paid to find them, sign them, train them and get them to win games. I reckon players turn up and see how disinterested Redknapp is and reckon "if he can't be arsed, why should I?". Just leaves the likes of Hill, Dunne and (never thought I'd say this) Barton to do it all for them. Scandalous. This bloke is much, much worse than Hughes, who was just a bewildered fool. There is something deeply unpleasant about Redknapp.

We are resembling the 96-97 side under Houston. They were abject and overpaid, signings that made no difference and went into the last game of the season needing a win at Bradford, who were battling relegation, to have a chance of the play-offs, we lost pathetically 3-0 and the decline continued ending in administration. Our last two games are Millwall and Barnsley both likely to be battling for their lives...

Nothing depressing about our game at all we just can't score

Played very well last night and completely controlled the game

No teeth is the problem pure and simple the boy up front last night had a rough ride from Upson and was isolated and just didn't link up well enough

Still can't understand how we got nothing Brighton were outplayed at times

Don't forget redknapp was woeful for saints too, he's the most overrated manager out there.

A crap manager will buy crap players and play crap football. A half decent manager would turn this team around over the summer.

Was reminiscing today about Olly's speech when we beat Oldham on that glorious day at LR.

'This is a proper football club' he bellowed into the mic.

    Nostalgia doesn't quite describe it.

He called us "they" for the first year he was with us.
Id be very surprised if he even came into the club every day to do training.

There is no doubt, he like a lot of our players is just here for the money, I've never seen a manager so disinterested, he doesn't even do post match PCs.

As SB said, I've said a well that he's much worse than Hughes but it stuns me how people can support him ruining our club.

Im a bit lost at the moment.

All season we've been told by TF & 'Arry that this is a serious promotion campaign and were fully committed.
Then i look at the team. Is a strike force of
    Zamora
    Johnson
    Doyle
    Maiga
    Brazilian bloke
& Austin (who failed a medical before coming to us)
Is that really the strike force of a team chasing promotion? If it is, then i must have missed something.

Now without covering "old ground" i dont think even the inclusion of Adel, Mbia or anyone else would have made the slightest diffrence.

I like TF, he's put his money where his mouth is and backed his managers and the club, but I've come to the conclusion that as nice a bloke as he is, the man is a f**king idiot when it comes to anything even football related.
He really has been taken for a ride by some of footballs best conmen, and all he does is continue to gloat about it on Twitter and put himself up for abuse. He appears to have learned absulutely nothing since taking over & although we are 4th & in with a play off chance, A large part of me is starting to hope we dont get promoted anyway. God forbid if we do go up.

I watch other teams like Leicester, Brighton & Forrest and even though they have varying results there seems to be a lot more enthusiasm and team bonding between them. Next time we play a decent team, watch the contrast of emotions in the dug outs between us & them.

At the start of the season a few of us said that we wished we could go about our bussiness and signings quietly & proffesionally and keep out of the media headlights. Well we didnt, we went around trumpets blaring and now those around us are giving us s**te..and rightly so.

A team of has beens, managed by an out of ideas manager backed by one of the planets most gullible man.....can only end one way

So its back to the drawing board for the clowns in charge..I cant wait to see what they have up thier sleeves for next season in the NPC..

Is there anyone out there who could put their hands up and say they think we will win the play offs....? (apart from Footspa)

    Sorry, rant over <ok>

I wouldn't put money on us winning the play offs Queens, but they are a bit of a lottery, anything can happen. And I think TF has been in a no win situation, if he backs his managers they cock it up, if he doesn't we'd be on here saying he's stopping them doing their job...like Tango. But one things sure, he's got to make a better choice next time. I think his instinct is to stick with people, and trust them....but he may be getting used to 'football people' by now.

Queens is right, another season in the NPC wouldn't be the end of the world. I don't think we're ready for Premier League and another new bunch of players just won't work unless they were all below 25, they may then surprise a few.

In answer to the OP I personally think it is down to two things. When new players come in, there are too many of them at once and they aren't joining an already established side. You need to have a team in place that have grown together over time. You then introduce one, two or a maximum of three players a season. You can't do this if you sign ten new players a season and throw them on top of an already out of control bonfire of a side that don't even know each other. It takes time. You need a club ethos in place that any new players will commit to buying into. Otherwise we just become the circus that we are and an ever revolving merry-go-round.

TF has proved that he can run a hugely profitable no frills airline and you can be sure that he doesn't waste a penny there. His mind is completely focused on the challenges there and the people he employs to do his bidding are coming up trumps for him.

Yet when he ventures into sporting diversions he seems to leave his business acumen on the baggage carousel, put on the peaked cap and put his faith in various charlatans who so far have succeeded in prising large amounts of cash out of him and making him look clueless into the bargain.

I would bet a large sum of money that if u asked TF privately does he now regret sacking Neil Warnock the answer would be a resounding YES #idontgamble

A few reasons we dont have a big enough pitch which we play a game out of wide with wingers and yet none of them have enough space like for instants look at hoilett and he was banging in goals at blackburn he had a big pitch with a lot of space
