Rivaly is just like the H2H in the FF League it seems. Just means you compete against each other on a 1 on 1 basis

 

Yeah, doesn't seem much point other than looking at how weeks you may have beaten someone.

Just realised you have to select a captain too (shut up Gerrez)

And Biscan, you still compete in the league as normal though as well dont you?

We aren't doing much for that stereotypical man that does it before reading the instructions

Not sure... first time I've ever done something like this with F1. It looks like it, think it's more so if you're in a big league you can set up a rival against a close mate or something. You're still in the main league so think it's just an added thing. Like I say, with only 5, a bit pointless but if a large group it's probably quite good.

Yep, my captain is pretty much a no brainer TBH. Having looked at the scoring system, that seems to be a no brainer too; ie team vs driver.

Anyone know how the team scores work? Ie, if you pick Williams' (random) first car, do you get points for their highest placed car or what is considered to be their number one driver car only?

Edit: in other words, if you pick the number one driver, you would only get points for that driver. If you pick the team car, the number two driver could finish higher than the number one driver. Which points do you get?

 

Yes to league and rival thing

 

If you have a Red Bull car, you get the combine total of both drivers in addition to the drivers own points if you have one of them. If you have 2 red bull cars, you get 2 lots... (that make sense?)

 

If you have 2 of same cars you get the both cars real points, twice

1 car and its both cars real points once

 

Is that definite?

 

Fair enough. I was looking at the points system and thinking "drivers are worth more" but if you get the teams total points then perhaps not.

PS...anyone not picking Red Bull then?

Dont know but think all rule changes will make it a good season though

 

•Your 4 drivers score points based on the tables below, while your 4 cars get the COMBINED TOTAL of the performance from BOTH cars in the team where two cars are entered by the team (For example, if you select 2 McLaren cars, you will receive the combined total of both cars in the team in the real race for EACH one of your cars).

 

Everyones been saying it will be the most exciting season in years. Bit **** that the last race has been awarded double points as gives Red Bull a chance to sort out their issues and still be in with a chance at the end of the season but some cars have looked much quicker this season while others seems to be struggling with the new engines.

Really looking forward to it this year
