We played against a Portuguese bunch over in our league in Marbella, and one of our Dutch lads had called one of them a 'black ****', spur of the moment, when he'd bladed him across the toe (that ****ing hurts, seriously..). After the game he went to him and apologized, the lad said 'it's on the pitch pal I don't care, no different to me calling you an ugly ****, it's say what you see heat of moment'. Not saying it's ok, but come on, I have big ears, I've been playing and people try wind me up with it, it's the automatically a rascist **** that has sent it all daft. Monkey chanting etc IS racism, but not all reference to it makes it racism in my eyes, we had a black lad on our team, and he ripped us with 'pasty ****s, white men can't run' etc, we told him to go fetch us some water and such, was banter. Some people are just ****ing arseholes looking for a reason, any reason to call people scum, Sol for me has all the hallmarks of one of these. I'll tell you what Sol is, he's a ****ing grade A prick, and whether he was white, black or dayglow pink, he'd be a ****ing prick.
