Kroos is not such a great player he is very quiet most of the time and then once or twice plays a good game. His performances in Germany have been OK but nothing special so I don't know if he is good enough to get in Arsenal's team really.

Yeh its well funny. Arsenal have so much over is. I mean tge list is endless. Its also beginningless but lets ignore that.

Neither of the clubs will get him but I would expect united to be the front runner. We would outbid you and pay higher wages.

As for the lack of champions league... I remember how that prevented city from signing anyone. Tough times they went through. Nobody even knew who they were either. They signed nobody. Im sure you remember.

So. We have more money than you. That about sums up every reason why we would be able to beat arsenal to Kroos. The reason hes reportedly willing to leave bayern is for more money.

In your favour you have some Germans. Its well documented how they simply cant be seperated so maybe that'll help?

Maybe a german invasion of the French should he a cause for concern though?

  6. They threw money at players like Lescott, Bellamy, Santa Cruz, Bridges, Adebayor, De Jong, Adam Johnson, SWP, etc, etc, etc. the list goes on. Were these world beating players? No. Were the better than what they had? Absolutely. These players help build a platform for Man City to challenge for CL football and show the world they mean business by making strides in the right direction. Once they got CL football, they splashed money of your Aguero's, Toure's, Silva's, etc. Of course, they had Hart, Kompany and Zabletta throughout which helped. You have De Gea, Rooney and Japseye.

I don't think Man Utd will want to throw money at the problem in the same way Man City did. Nor are you progressing from the outsiders point of view, you are regressing.

I'm sure you will be able to sign top players still though. We got Suarez despite being out of the CL for a while afterall.

    Would be pretty pointless signing.

With Ozil, Carzorla, Ramsey, Wilshere we have more than enough Attacking midfielders.

Don't get me wrong I would take him on a Bosman but I would much rather we spent our money on a TOP draw centre forward.

We won't spend "that" amount of money to buy him, and we don't have the salary structure to give him a huge paycheck.
Not a realistic target for us.

We need to concentrate on a striker rather than another attacking midfielder. Then defence is next with a player who can cover DM and CB being my preferred choice, particularly with doubts about TV staying.
