What a race... Shame for Our Conor backers and TNO but Jezki took some passing in the end and none of them could...

TNO backers can only wonder what if...???

You'd say that 'a that for the Fly. The winner took a tremendous position coming round the bend.

I have to say, since Christmas I've been convinced that The New One wasn't going to turn over form with My Tent Or Yours. Phonomenal effort from The New One there. That showing was far from conclusive - the New One looked a fantastic horse in the finish there.

Can't take anything away from Jezki though, My Tent Or Yours ran his race and was beaten...

AND, MOST AMAZINGLY OF ALL: We still get to talk about the Champion Hurdle with only half of the questions answered! Could have been a very different race without that fall.

Well done to whoever backed Jeski in the Champion, he's unbeaten in 4 starts whenever Barry Geraghty has ridden him! Had a feeling My Tent Or Yours wouldn't be good enough to win, as was the case when Champagne Fever beat him at the Festival last season. The New One was hampered when Our Conor fell (terrible news about the horse), but would he have won if not hampered?

Firstly hope Conor is ok but it don't sound good :(

Secondly the Fly IS seemingly waning.

Third there were never any certainties in this race. People talking about being never more certain about a horse race in this race were Crazy!

Western Warhorse and Jezki both excelling in first time headgear. Art Of Logistics is first time headgear in the 5:15.

ok so who had a bet on Jezki?

unbelievable considering the strengths of the top 4 that the 5th horse won that!
a very unsatisfactory race really and the bookies must have made a fortune on that race

    hope Our Conor is ok..

I hate to say it but the first comment I made on this thread relating to hoping all the horses come back safe and sound. That grounds quick, when they fall on that, well....:(

I honestly did mate, £10 @ 9/1. He is unbeaten with that jockey on his back and was a tad overpriced. I thought he would be close to our Connor and the new one <ok>

I've got Cailin Annamh in the next. £5 e/w earlier today at 14/1
