Did anyone else see his comments that he was racially abused by the entire crowd when playing at Sunderland? What a complete bellend this clown is showing himself to be. He has to be one of the most deluded people to ever live. His recent racism comments just show him as the bitter, arogant prick he is. There is no way he was subjected to monkey chants from our entire support, that type of thing is always picked up by ssn and the papers. And why would he not mention it untill now? Personally never liked this prick. Its not because of the colour of his skin nor the clubs that he had played for but for his sheer arrogance. His recent comments about how he would have been England captain for years had he been white just typifies the deluded **** stain. He was rarely captain because there were better people for the job than him, simple really but as he has something to sell he spouts ****e. I'm sure the book wont be a best seller.

Spot on Commo - we have a small element of it for definite The stewards don;t help matters - I took my son for a couple of seasons and, the second one, we sat next to a lad who constantly made racist comments. Was always pissed up. It got to a game against Spurs when Defoe was playing and he took a dive and he shouted "**** off you black ****". I went to a steward and tole him about it at half time. He used racial stuff again in the second half, the Steward looked and seemed to think "He's a bit big for me" and disappeared. Never came back. I reported the same lad 4 times that season and he never missed a minute of a game! Yes we have a few people who would make those chants, but most of the ground get on their back when they do (BTW - I'm only 5'6 - I asked the lad not to use racist stuff around the boy but he went off it at me and called me a plastic fan - which is why I mentioned it to the steward who did **** all!!
This is what i'm getting at Marcus mate. We've know each other, (ok through forums only) for some time. We all see things different, i am i no doubt about what you have just stated, of course there are certain elements in the support of the club. There is a lot that happens, with certain elements of the club support. Some SAFC fans are no angels, on a whole up there with the best, but let's not play the 'we are angels' game.
