Shut up. Yes they have. All those who have been to ALL our FA Cup games 100% get a Wembley ticket regardless.
Normally you making a tit of yourself spouting bollocks is fine. There's very few who take anything you say seriously anymore anyway, they just leave you being the little parody character you've become or indeed always were and wait for the correct information to be given by someone who knows what they're talking about. For once though, pack it in, there's no need for it. There's people genuinely worried about whether they're going to be able to get a ticket or not, and some of them reading the forum now, whether they're long term fans or not, won't be our regular users that know what you're like. If the club goes and does something stupid like allocating 2 tickets per pass then a non-pass holder who's been to all the cup games is going to be a lot more gutted about missing out if they've read your comments and had the misfortune of believing them and thinking they're guaranteed a ticket.
Just for those in any doubt, the info about the club waiting for numbers before making any decision on how they are allocated, came from Ash Lord. I'm expect some provision will be made for those who've attended FA Cup games in the previous rounds and I'm hopeful that the club will limit season ticket holders to one ticket per pass, but until it's announced, we simply don't know.
I do find it strange the way you post as if Ash is feeding information direct to you. And how did Ash become something of a 'name drop' on here? He only got the job after being put at redundancy risk from another totally un-media related dept and they saved money by sticking him in the role. I'm not having a dig by the way, I think he's done a very good job.
Look i think everyone who wants a ticket will get one the reason i say that is when they announced the draw i was stood in the bus queue and everyone cheered but i then heard a few saying they would love to go to the semi but because of money many would gamble and hope we would get to the final. does anyone agree or do you all think most fans would still try to go to both
Yes, I don't think I'll be going to the semi. It's expensive and it's only Sheffield United. I'd rather watch on the telly and go to the final.
Those that go to the semi-final should get priority for the final. Given we get less tickets for the final than the semi then it will be almost impossible for those that don't go to the semi final to get a ticket.
I can't imagine anyone not wanting to go to the semi!! It's the f'king FA cup and we're playing a beatable team at wembley!!! And the question about none pass holders who've been to all the cup games worried about getting tickets? Are there any? I'd have thought anyone who goes to all the cup games would be pass holders?
Passholders should get priority for the final. Maybe first priority to passholders who went to the away cup games. Someone could decide to go to the semi final who has never been to a game all season. They would then have priority under your plan over a passholder who couldn't afford both and decided to miss the semi final in the hope of being able to go to the final if we got there.
Would you be able to buy an adult ticket with a child's pass? Like when you upgrade an OAP ticket to full adult by paying the extra?
Certainly pass holders should get priority but pass holders that attend the semi-final should get first choice. It's unfortunate if you can't afford to go to both but I don't think it's fair that someone who only wants to go to the final gets tickets over someone who has spent the time and money to travel down there to support the team in the semi-final.
