Depends on what you use it for. The only signing I would be wary of is that of a new manager and that of the Klopp variety! I think he is ****ing quality and while a few months ago would have said no chance, the fact he may still have players jump ship to Bayern or other may make him think twice.

You make it sound cut and dried matth, but if you consider the fee plus the players wages its more than the supposed war chest, based on previous form the Glazers don't mind buying the odd superstar every so often but Rooney's wages have a precedent that might bite Utd in the arse.
