So Sunday, biggest game of season, one I look forward to the most Little uns birthday on Thurs and party on Sunday at 3.00 I cant have lots of pints at the pub and then go to her 1st birthday, I might have to just not drink as much
No way anyone would plan a party when footy is on for me. Then again, there is no way they'd plan something without running it passed me first anyway because they know I won't go if footy is on.
To be honest I didnt know it was half 1 kick off until recently I can still watch it, I'll be late to the party but that will be fine
First thing I would have done was checked the fixture list I took my boys to a friends (mates sister) kids party when we were playing Ballmouth. I knew the venue had Sky sports so I watched the first half at home and traveled during half time. When I got there the TV wasn't on so asked my mate why, he said he'd tried but his sister had refused because its a kids party. I went straight over to her and said "get this tele on duck, the footy's on. It's Liverpool!" It was switched on immediately PS...she's not one for talking crap of people. Expecting her to tell me to do one, I would have gone back home though.
