I prattle on about Bertrand now and then and at the moment I'd pick him over Shaw mainly because of the potential price of the players.
I remember when everyone was creaming themselves over a young hopeful striker in his first PL season. Liverpool creamed itself to the tune of £35m. That turned out well.
Rafa has alo mentioned that he believes there is a release clause in his contract so hopefully we will get a good transfer fee for him.
1. Would cost far too much when we have other areas of more concern. 2. Why would he chose Spurs over Liverpool now? A year or two ago when they were more likely to get CL football fair enough but not now. Only reason would be money and I'm not a fan of that accusation. 3. I'd rather keeping Glen ****ing Johnson 4. Was good as a youngster on Fifa. Other than that, I know nothing about him. 5.
Rumour that Reina has a 4m get out clause in his contract! so much for that extra 30m!!!! www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...Reina-4m-clause-Spanish-keepers-Reds-contract TBH will just be glad to get him of the books, probably could have got more for him but his loan has worked for the team at least.
Doubt it's a £4 release clause. If so, why weren't we aware of a bid from Arsenal for £4m + £1? I don't reckon we'll get much over £6m from him
4million under what conditions? If it was a straight 4mill, he'd have been poached years ago. If it's for non-CL, why not and not 3 years ago? Ridiculous claim.
Never know, could be an clause in his contract about going out on loan, or if under 2 years left on contract. I admit it is only the daily fail but in reality how much do we expect to get for Riena? his form has dropped over the last few years and I'm not sure there is that much interest in him.
A clause in his contract which he signed when he was 1st choice saying "If you are ever sent out on loan then you can go for £4m the next season?"
