I know how you feel Brady. I had us to lose 2-0 today...couldn't imagine us at Wembley again...Oh ye of little faith!! Got up at 5am here to watch the Shef Utd game...followed by ours. The second half was like a beautiful dream. What a player Davies is.

Now its 10 pm and I'm wide awake thinking of us in an FA Cup Final and Europe. An amazing day. Haven't felt like this since Deano worked his magic and got us into the Prem for the first time.

Que sera sera. I must be dreaming!!!!

Why not talk about a final and Europe? City have never had such a chance as they have now to get into Europe and play in an FA cup final.

 

Because if we act like we only have to turn up against Sheffield United there will be more chance it will end in tears.

 

Enjoy ladies and gentlemen. Its always a massive occasion, but even more so for clubs who rarely get to go. Even more so when you consider you're playing a team from the same!e county. I begrudgingly hope you go on to upset the odds and win it!

The quality of response matched the quality of your superstitious clap trap. No one is gonna tell me not to get carried away thinking of FA cup finals and European football.

 

I wasn't thinking in terms of superstition. I was thinking about complacency and how it can spread to players. Hopefully Bruce and the senior players can ensure it doesn't happen but there has been plenty of evidence of it happening in the past. Complacency can also spur on the opponents.

We've been favourites for each round of the Cup and haven't YET been complacent.

We don't want to start now.

Plus we have some very important league games between now and the second week-end in April.
