Sorry about typo, I meant Adele and forgot to put OT in front of it.

So what do we all think about Adele? I personally can't stand the whiny sound of this singer. I accept she can sing and is very talented, pens all her own songs and all that. I just hope two things, one is that she has found her man during the recording of her next album so we don't have to here more drab songs about the love that never was every time I turn the fecking radio on.

No2: Adele named her 1st two albums 19 and 21 after the age she was when they were recorded, I hope the next one is called 45 as I will most likely be dead by time it comes out.

Adele has a fantastic voice. Unlike some of the crap about these days, where auto tuning in the recording studio is the only thing that connects a lot of vocalists with the correct pitch!!

I'd agree about latter day Springsteen (The River onwards), but early Springsteen can be magical.

(I'm hoping that this is the right version as I have no sound at the moment.)

Sorry mate, I can't be swayed on him. Sings so out of tune that I simply can't bare to listen. Same goes for Bob Dylan.......great song writer but so unbelievably out of tune as a singer!

I have the same problem with Bob Dylan. Again a great songwriter/legend. I only like his stuff when someone has done a good cover version of it.

    Sacrilegious UTRsss !!!

All his original work was and always will be pure class, written from the soul.

As for Adele, great talent, great voice, cant stand her songs. Just not my taste.

Adele has a very good voice, I like 'Rolling in the deep' but I'd never buy one of her albums. I thought 'Skyfall' was horrendous, one of the worse Bond theme tunes .... ever.

I do like Dylan, just prefer his work when his not singing it himself.

Must be an age thing or even a geography thing.
    3 facts in my life.
    1. I have knowingly never heard an Adel song in my life, don't know who she is.
    2. Dylan is brilliant and I love his voice, not as fond of his croaky later life voice, but it's still Dylan.
    3. Springsteen is brilliant at all stages of his career.
