City were actually lucky their goal should have been ruled out overall nobody can say wigan didnt deserve that
City were not unlucky.. For 50 odd minutes, Wigan basically bossed the game. City pushed hard in the last 20, but Wigan deserved that win.
In the last 30 mins City could've had at least three. Yes, the city goal was offside due to Lescott intefering with play, but the post and some last ditch defending saved Wigan alot. But as I said, take nothing away from Wigan.
Spot on. No hiding from wenger or the hardcore wengerites. If we win the cup then this would help the team go up a level domestically. If we lose then the team and wenger are hopeless. We need to go all out for this trophy and win it. It's time to end our losing streak.
It would be a joke if it wasn't true. They have a strange obsession with the man. Its like he can't do no wrong even when he makes glaring mistakes. If we get dumped out the cup you see them make up the excuses.
If you look at our history there have been many occasions when we have been the victims of a "giant killing".There's no doubt it will happen to us again in the future.It's just part & parcel of being a football fan.
A) It's Sheffield United, not Sheffield. There are 2 teams in Sheffield. B) They beat Fulham, Aston Villa & a few others en route to the semis. Teams far, far above them in the league. Any run to a semi final, whoever you play, deserves credit for the consistency of the good performances.

Nobody is but with over 8 years without a trophy and having a huge advantage in player and resources over the remaining teams, we are rightfully favourites. The team should show no complacency over the FA cup and need to show that they can actually win something.

Pressure aside he'd have bitten your hand off if offered this scenario! As an aside, I'm always a little sceptical with draws for such competitions. Too many 'convenient' ties to make good tv throughout all the levels for me to believe in coincidence. I'm damn sure every one of us was convinced we'd draw City in the semi and, but for a masterful display by Wigan, we would have. So, basically what I'm trying to say is "HA! F*ck you draw people...if it's fixed. Which it probably isn't and I'm just being paranoid but... HA!" It's not the best rant I'll grant you but it's from the heart.
Touchy sh1ts aren't they? Wenger isn't our uncle or giving us money, he gets paid a bloody fortune to manage Arsenal and win things. I think people need to realise this than throw hissy fits when someone says something contrary to worshipping Wenger.
