Hillsborough? Probably too local for the Blunts.... Maine Road, Old Trafford or Villa Park? Although I ve never know it in my time, St James Park perhaps?
For the last few years before the new Wembley opened it was Villa Park and Old Trafford. IMO it should be held at the most convenient natural ground that isn't Wembley. City vs Shef Utd should be Old Trafford. I wouldn't be against using Millennium Stadium for a all North West or involving a Welsh team semi final.
I can't but it used to be thought of as a good ground but I am not sure about now. I can't see it being Sheffield Wednesday or Middlesbrough so Old Trafford would maybe be more likely. What about Etihad Stadium?
it should be at Leeds..it holds 50,000 odd easily enough for passholders of both teams and a few more !
What a ridiculous statement from a ridiculous poster. "Premiership whores"?...who the **** do you think you are!! For those of us who have supported Hull City for a lot longer than you mate the FA Cup does mean something...and to be at Wembley with a chance of the Final...and even Europe...is a dream come true. Get a life you ignorant idiot
Here was one. Recognise one of the clubs? Shame a lot of their fans won't be able to to the first semi-final they have been to since as it is too expensive as it will cost more than £20, it is on TV, the kick off time isn't 3 o' clock and the opposition is from the third division.
Do you know anything 50,000? LOL. Elland Road capacity is 39,000. Wouldn't fit how many each club had today. Although that is down more to Sheff Utd's 25,000+ than our paltry 16,000. Still all those who couldn't make it the long way across Hull will manage to get to London where they will be telling everyone to sit down and not make too much noise. In any case the semi finals are all contracted to Wembley.
Our first Semi in 1930 was at Elland Road, replay at Villa Park, fantastic to now be going to Wembley where we have never lost.
