True. They're probably not biased towards Utd though, Mike Oliver is a massive Geordie (in fact quite a few refs are now....)
There's a perception that big teams get more "50/50" decisions, are there more pens than you expect from the most attacking teams though, I'm not sure.
Didn't see this one so can't say whether it was a pen or not.

The last penalty awarded for an away side at Old Trafford was in 2011.

If that isn't suspicious in any way, I don't know what is.

Since when did a team go 3 years without conceding a penalty at home?

Going on from that, in the league, they haven't conceded a penalty home or away since early 2012.

Are these not unusual in any way to you?

I'd say that it's impressively disciplined defending, that is until you show me an example where they got lucky.

    Boxing Day.

I don't watch Man U but I'd hazard a guess that theyve probably got lucky at least 15 times in that period.

Sorry it's taking a while, I'm trying to find videos but it's hard when almost every bastard thing is banned off youtube.

    Here's one: http://www.3news.co.nz/VIDEO-Penalt...m-1-0/tabid/415/articleID/248199/Default.aspx

I'll add more as I find them. (This might be later on, I fancy a bit of sleep tbh)

Similar to the Eto'o penalty today.

Clipped yes, but Murphy doesn't half make a meal of that. You see his left foot clipped but he only falls after he takes another step.

Either way, Carrick got on the wrong side of him and he gave the referee (who was a million miles away) a decision to make.

Funnily enough, your mate was the ref.

Either way, don't bother wasting your time. Of course there will be a couple of occaisions where they could and maybe should have conceded a penalty. But my point is that they won't have done that as much as, for example, you have simply because United at home are generally very strong and control the games there (albeit they've had a couple of dodgy results this season).

I don't know why you get so worked up about things like this and Tom Cleverley, as if its some sort of conspiracy against Hull.

The big difference from our game was that Hull City were heading for a well deserved point. Spurs were already a goal down. Oliver is rubbish like most of the PL refs. Spurs appeared to have taken the "Maynor Figueroa" how not to defend course to extremes. Lol.

I'd ban referee threads on our board.

    That is all.

I would ban anyone who wants to ban referee threads.

    That is all for now.
