I'm at all the home and away games, the only time I'd be going is if we didn't have a game for some reason. I'll get along sometime though.

    Your missus Whitey? Not bad.

If you've ever got to work away I'll keep an eye on her for you.

Innocent for me. At the very least there is reasonable doubt and the evidence to support murder very flimsy. :)

Well if the evidence that nneighbours heard a woman screaming is accepted I can't see him being acquited. If she was screaming on the other side of the bathroom door the "burglar" theory goes down the pan.

I know he is going to try "the bangs you heard was me banging on the door and I scream like a girl" - - trouble with that is that it means that both neighbours would have had to sleep through the four gun shots but have been woken up by him banging on the bathroom door.

    distinctly dodgy

To be fair, can anybody here tell me that if they were in the same situation, that they'd even contest the murder charge if they were truly innocent?

If I shot my wife, whom I loved, I would want them to lock me up and throw away the key, defo not preferring to get out to win a few poxy races that about 1% of people on Earth can actually qualify to race in, in her name <doh>

The guy should be going to jail for life anyway, regardless of whether he intended to kill her. The justice system in South Africa is a bigger joke than the one here!

    <laugh><laugh><laugh>

What I don't get is all this bullshit preamble. Basically, the whole crux of the issue comes down to the ballistics report. If it shows he was nearly 2m high aiming down, then the guy is a lying piece of **** and the rest of his story is crap.

I can't imagine a case where you'd wake up in the middle of the night, stump around the bed without even a cursory glance at the wife, or without noticing she wasn't there, even from the corner of your eye, and immediately assume a burglar was in the toilet. If that story is true, the guy should have been racing in the mentally handicapped races as well!

How was it cheeky exactly? Extra points if you avoid the obvious.

Yes, the ballistics evidence, if accepted, would also seem conclusive.

Incidentally, does anyone know what his story is as to why he banged on the door and screamed. That's not something I'd be inclined to do if I thought I'd just shot a burglar.

By what is coming out in the trial, the man is a total nutter, has a jealous nature, has a wicked temper and has a trigger happy finger.

Don't forget comic relief this year lads. Just £5 can help a disabled African tell the difference between an intruder and his frigging girlfriend.

Na na, na na, na na, na na na na, Demba Ba, Demba Ba, Demba Demba Ba

Cracking striker. Imagine if we'd him instead of Cisse this season. Yet people were glad to see him go! We have some crazy ****ers at times.

Think I've mentioned before that I would rather have kept Ba.

Maybe Ba's "selfishness" is still "stifling Cisse" to this day <laugh>

Best striker we've had here since Shearer, in my opinion, and judging by the last two windows, looks like he's the best we'll see until Ashley packs his bags.

Maybe Demba placed some African curse on Papiss after he stole the limelight.

I noted that Papiss spurned the opportunity that Demba created for him away with the national. Maybe he didn't pass to him because he knew what we have found out.
