Why? He's terrible, 90% of the horses he rides are favorites and the best horse and he still struggles to win on most of them and doesn't win anywhere near as many as he should, Put a proper jockey like Ruby or Jason or Noel riding for McManus and there numbers would soar. AP rarely ever does anything in the big races, he's just a flat track bully

Anyone watching Channel Four may have seen a woman from Hill's "interviewing" AP as part of their live advert. She boasted that they are currently going 5-1 about Vibrato Valtat in the Imperial, as opposed to the generally available 7-2. Went there, and what do you know - priced at 3-1.

Used their live "chat" service for an explanation and was given some bullshit about internet speeds and delays. The twats!

Jason, as in Jason Maguire, seriously he's classed as a proper jockey to you? Well we all have opinions

Yeh him and Cooper are class, I just don't get the whole AP stuff, apart from the odd special ride he's very very average, it's all well and good getting 1000s of winners but barely even 5% are ones he shouldn't have been winning on and not the best horse. He's way over rated

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one, i'm personally not a massive fan of Maguire but i don't as a general rule look at who's riding a horse when i pick them anyway, for example tomorrow i'll be backing Jimmy The Jetplane in the 2:40 at Market Rasen ridden by Mr Maguire, trainers i look at yes, jockeys not so much. But saying that i would never back a horse with Jamie Spencer or Joseph O'Brien aboard unless the horse was exceptional

I'm not his biggest fan but are you saying that he gets 5% of his rides that shouldn't be able to win a specific race to win that race? I'll take those odds. Awesome percentage.

5 rides a day on average? Once every 4 days AP McCoy gets a horse to win when it shouldn't. I can't see any reason to complain.

If anyone is still about i've got an ante post betting question i need answering please?

Basically i put a four fold accumulator on for Cheltenham ante post which included Sprinter Sacre, now because that horse isn't running and under ante post rules i'm told that the whole bet is void and that it doesn't just turn into a treble as it would a normal bet.

Does anyone know if this is correct or do i need to be challenging this?

Is that right then should i have lost the whole bet or should it turn into a treble as it normally would?

    Speechless.

Well not quite speechless. Check out last weeks ride on BILLY TWYFORD for starters. A horse trained by relative unknown Lawney Hill and 5-1 third in the betting the night before. Two horses breezed past him two out but AP refused to give up and got him back up to lead in the final hundred yards and win a race that was gone beyond recall.
This is akin to saying that Murray is **** at Tennis and Lennox Lewis couldn't fight his way out of a brown paper bag.

If you truly believe your statement then your sanity is definitely in question!
