One of the best posters on all the Charlton sites whether you agree with him or not, and whats more a real Charlton man. Revealed on ITTV that he is not well at the moment & needs hospital treatment. Public knowledge so hopefully won't mind this thread. Get well soon Dick, and hopefully you will be able to join us at Wembley View attachment 30000
Thanks for those kind words Vol, I hope to be back in rude health soon and crossing swords with Typical and other posters. All those that are going on Sunday, I am really jealous, let us hope the boys pull it off.COYA.
Dick, Almost exactly one year ago my brother-in-law was diagnosed with Lymphoma (blood cancer) and basically the doctors told him to make sure his will was up-to-date as he had at most six months......... well..... he thought bugga that I ain't ready to go just yet........ and went through a summer of rather (sorry to say this) painful treatment BUT at Christmas was (to the doctors surprise) given the all clear and last week at his regular check up was told that his recovery was remarkable. His refusal to accept the doctors first prognosis did not beat the cancer BUT it certainly aided the treatment that did See you at Sparrows soon
