I wonder how many of them would've supported us when we were bottom of League Two, locked out of Boothferry Park and near extinction...
I'll keep you on yours, you had 6500 once when Ardiles was manager, it's just a human condition mate, true fans are hard to find. After our 15 point season, I could lay over 3 seats to watch our games in the Championship, after Keane had done his bit, I had to fight my way in there.. Just life mate
As an aside... there has been a lot of messing around between Hull and Sunderland fans on here but Macca seems a top poster. Every club has a core of fans who will support them through thick and thin and also a lot of fairweather fans the better they are doing. There's no shame in it, its just how football is (and most other things really).
Maybe it is worth noting that both clubs have Raich Carter to thank for some their better years. Player for us and manager for them. Don't know why there should be any animosity between us.
Gus will play the best possible team no doubt, not like Aladice etc, i would like to see Watmore, Gardner and Gechi rought in.
We don't yet know about Davies, but last we heard, it wasn't looking good(if there's any doubt, he'll be left out, we can't afford to lose him for league games). If Davies is out and without Jelly and Long, we might have a job making it three in a row. A lot depends on who you play, if it's not a first XI, then our second string will give you a game. If we've got a few out and you play your strongest team(and keep them all on the pitch), then we might have a job on our hands. Personally, I hope we win 7-0, so the plastic ****ers who've disappeared for this game miss our best performance of the season(nothing personal like).
More of the Media getting it wrong. Sky have announced that Liam Bridcutt is out of contention due to being cup tied. please log in to view this image
