    Got it the other day and it's really quite fun.

    It's cross between the sims and command and conquer.

    Well worth a play as it's free!

    It is easily worth downloading.

    I completed it in pure record time, though (not with every civilization, though)

    Just tried it on king level and only having one city! Got smashed!!!

    Biggus what is pure record time? I'm getting the hang of it now so going to try it on king difficulty.

    Free - it is pretty faithful to the old PC versions - it's gone now, though, the free download now is some cartoon-y RPG

    I did it on the medium difficulty with Rome in two sittings of about 2/3 hours each - and I wasn't being particularly aggressive, was trying to play it in a balanced manner.

    If I do it again, I'm going for the economic victory, I think.

    I still average about an hour of Cilivization 4 a week (actually I do about an 8 hour binge every 8 weeks).

    It's a great game. I'm really enjoying it. Just trying to complete it on king difficulty with a economic victory!
