Are you the chairman or something? It's not an insult to try and get players as cheap as possible. That's just called business. Unless he signs a new contract you won't be commanding £5 million. Even most of your fellow fans don't think you will. If a Premier league club comes in for him he will I'm sure go to them, however as far as I know they haven't. If he thinks he's got a good chance of going up with us he'll come to us.

If Maynard is worth 5m then we may aswell sell Tunchev for 5m. He is the best defender in this league. But guess why nobody is coming in for him? Since when did Leicester fans become so arrogant? You had a ridiculous number of premiership loanees last year and still didn't reach the play-offs. If it hadn't been for our dreadful start we'd have been around the same position as you guys! Our ground is a dump, that's why we have a new £92m stadium on its way... Our chairman is worth about £400m and is a lifelong city fan, we don't need the money. At the end of the day, he's our player and if you don't pay what we want then you wont get him.
