It's the Grown Up Congenital Heart Specialist. Got to have an MRI scan, another exploratory (vessels are not going where they should be & blood is entering & leaving the heart through the wrong holes - so to speak) & an implantable cardioverter defibrillator stuck in my chest. The good news is he confirmed it was **** all to do with my weight so I can get back on the munch & beer. Bright side to everything.

I can't stand England at the minute so watching Ireland instead, Long just missed a sitter where he made a brilliant run but shot far too early instead of just running the ball in for a tap in around the keeper. Could have had a hat-trick but only has one so far.
Spain v Italys started at a cracking pace. Spain had a good chance whcih they ****ed about with and Italy have hit the bar. The stadium isnt full either, loads of empty spaces.
