This race is of course providing a lot of debate... the only thing for me that puts a slight dampner on it is the number of runners.. will we have 8 at least?

If those 11 lined up it would be the most interesting horse race I'd have ever seen.

 

Unfortunately that won't be the case because Willie Mullins wants to give Hurricane Fly the best chance he can.

 

JEZKI is likely to have the assistance of a hood for the first time when he lines up in the Stan James Champion Hurdle on Tuesday as trainer Jessica Harrington seeks an extra edge with her runner. More on this

Looks like stable money is down now for team Mullins.

Briar Hill now looks 99.9% Albert Bartlett bound.


THE LIQUIDATOR looks a bit more likely to run in the Supreme Novice after he contracted back down to 28

 

so if the ground continues to dry out--forecast is good--will they have to water ?!!!

 

EDIT: Ignore me, Captain Cee Bee was supplemented today.

 

If they decide to water it will be unbelievable! I cant see it myself but I reckon it will be good to soft or good (good to soft in places) come Tuesday... could be quite warm weather too so ground will dry all the time and i can see by Champion Hurdle time it would have quickened again. This will be music to my ears as I will be on My Tent or Yours.. Captain Cee Bee now supplemented - Im convinced this will ensure he sets the race up nicely for the Tent.

 

Its a bit like a mini Binocular situation...!
