According to Wembley web site there are 16,532 seats in the middle tier, I believe these are all Club Wembley seats which would not be allocated to fans so a max of 35k for each club I would have thought.

35k wonder how the club would allocate these. Wembley officials should contact every club wembley seat owner and ask if they want there seat for which ever event it is.
If the answer is no then they should add it to the allocation and pay the member some sort of fee for there seat. This would surley add 3/4k to each teams allocation

 

Don't forget the 'posh' seats in the lower tier, reserved for celebrities and friends of friends.

I think the final last year was increased to 31,000 as I think it used to be about 25,000 each

 

I think the final is still about 25,000, but you get substantially more for the semi finals..
This Club Wembley malarkey is a total joke, and just gives a legal licence for ticket touting..
