Its only been nigh on 4 months since the last reserves game, mussy must be well frustrated. Cant see any of the first team squad playing tonight unless they want to give Faye a bit of a run out.

Who is Fletcher? Is he the kid we signed after the summer transfer window closed, as he was unattached?
Cheers, just checked whilst you were replying. I take it they only signed to play in the reserves as development players, or does Bruce see them as potentials for the 25 man squad? if it's 4 months since the last reserve team game, surely these players would be better off at Ferriby?
I didn't think they could? They signed after the window had closed and after the 25 man squad list submission date. But that was the reason for asking the question above, they could have been included in the January submission as you can amend your 25 player squad list, don't suppose it happened?
Ricardo has mentioned a few times a rule which says if you've got a spare slot, and a player who could fill it, you have to use that space on that player. That makes sense and is probably the reason we included McLean in the squad for the 1st half of the season despite having no intention of picking him in a league game. I think Henderson was included in the squad for the second half of the season, but it was probably only for the same reason as McLean. I think Fletcher might count as U21 (theoretically you could be 23 now and still count as 21 for the squad rules) and therefore not have to be included to play.
Are both exempt by age? I'm sure Bruce was interviewed and said neither could be included just after they signed, but I could be wrong!
I think Henderson is too old but Fletcher isn't. The cutoff is Jan 1st at the beginning of the year in which the season starts. So for this season's squads you had to be 21 on the 1st January 2013. Brady is the only senior player who meets that requirement, so he wasn't named in our 25. I think Fletcher might also satisfy the criteria from memory, but not Henderson.
