    This is one that will no doubt send the likes of Hamish Husband into meltdown. Apparently New Labour support this proposal from Con-Lib, after all it is "tax & spend" and they love that.

    Its to fund the stadia and surrounding areas so that they are fit for purpose. Leeds is in the bid so I'm all for it <ok>
