exeter city have plans to spend £30 million on upgrading st james park, providing they can develop part of the site building up to 500 flats for students.

plymouth argyle have assured the league they can fulfil their fixture list, er without a board or ground. the irish consortium have yet to go public although a director of truro city fc may be part of the consortium and wants to develop home park. as he is already a football director he is forbidden to be an argyle director. with the administrator and fans tearing their hair out watch this space. from argyle's point of view the 6th of august may as well be the 6th of never never

shrews have land that is wasted, a huge great carpark, why do they not operate a mon to friday park and ride from say 8am -5.50 pm. shrews fans might support it. another idea would be a converted coach conveying shrews souvenirs , kit etc and park up in the bus station or somewhere central. shrews need to bring their club to the punters, with deals on season tickets and kit with that ruddy awful badge reduced to clear to makeway for shrews new stock and badge. floreat salopia, come on rowland

gulls furious with the league. they notified them of the demolition of their second hand 1927 stand and the league have scheduled all the local derbies for when the stand is down. well done FL , plonkers

Bad planning to not do it in the close season. Look at Wolves website to see Molineux

St.James' is a very small ground for a club pushing for the play-offs

but considering the club went to the conference with the shrews, and went bankrupt, being rescued by the fans, the grecians have made a remarkable recovery with their small stadium and this is why they are seeking to gradually enlarge it. good luck to them

i bring you the latest on argyle. the consortium have paid the latest installment, but wish to remain anonymous for the time being. what we do know is they are based off shore in gibralter, and their sole interest is to develop home park site excluding the stadium. peter ridsdale will run the football club what is left of it and peter reid if he stays will have a squad of 11, unless he is given money to add to the squad. the fans are unhappy about the secrecy as they suspect some of the old directors who orchestrated argyle's downfall are part of the gib based irish consortium of say murphy, o'neill and phil mccavity.

the bbc reporter said there is loads more mileage in this story as although the administrator may be happy with the deal, the FL may not be, and with 6 weeks to go to the start of the season the gib based irish consortium have yet to discuss their redevelopment plans with the city council. this could run and run and remember the manager players and office staff have not been paid for 7 months.
i think we should start a rumour about argyle moving to dartmoor prison pitch at princetown or better still playing on a plastic pitch aboard hms ark royal. more news soon

i feel desperately sorry for the pilgrims with a load of alleged irish shysters with no interest in football attempting to redevelop the area. the FL and local council should send them packing as there is another bidder in the wings
