Rather than the schoolboy crap, how about explaining why someone with as good a left foot as Adam, resorts to such thuggish assaults. His attacks on Bale are a disgrace, as was this stamp on Giroud. And yet the other week he scored a fantastic goal. I don't get it, it's usually the players with no skill (Savage for example) who do this?

The limit of Stoke City's ambition is seemingly to beat us every season and avoid relegation. One out of two achieved, maybe they'll be over complacent and screw up the other one.

Charlie Adam....urgh, what a nasty little sh*t he is. It comes to something when I watch his thuggery against Spurs and am disgusted. He's a vile footballer and had we not played so abysmally then he, and the inept performance of the ref, would have been shouted from the rooftops. It wasn't just him, obviously, but he was the worst offender on the day. Sadly, we were so p*ss poor ourselves that we've been mainly focusing on that and rightly so. We were the victims of our own demise because no matter how rubbish a ref is, or how vicious a player, we should be beating teams as average as Stoke with the squad we have. That was as limp a performance from us as I've seen in quite some time and I include the Liverpool spanking in that .
