Right, monk has proved to me that he is not ready for a managers job. His subs are absolutely f**king dreadful! Anyone think of any subs he's made that have made a positive impact?? He's tactically inept and we need a new manager in for the next season. What a pathetic showing against a relegation rival.

Yes but we've had one poor second half in 7 games under Monk and some seem to be reveling in it.

 

but we should have won this game no matter who was in charge. This is point dropped in a match that all of us would have had down for 3 points. I could understand the substitutions if we were at least 2 up, but taking of Ash and Bony when it's only 1 nil was a mistake that has ended up costing us dearly.

 

Well I hope it was down to fatigue in the 2nd half and a long rest gets them ready for the final push!

Well,it's lucky for us that we were playing one of "the easy teams",else we wouldn't have gotten a point!!!

 

West Ham had just taken a point from Chelsea away, and then went on to win 3 in a row. They were much better than the side we played today.

If Pulis hadn't overestimated us in that first half we'd have lost today. We were complete dog-**** second half.

 

I agree, but it helps no one to pretend the previous manager didn't make the same mistakes from kick off whereas the new guy does them after half time. I have always said Monk doesn't do good subs but lets not kid ourselves that Laudrup would have done better today... We both know Vasquez wod have made an appearance.

Yet barring a defensive mistake from Amat we would have come away with three points.

 

Just like all the ML haters seem to love sticking the knife in him. Valley, his subs today were poor and our 2nd performance useless.

 

Yes we don't have enough players to be consistently good anymore so if we can get safely to the summer hopefully that will be put right .

After speaking to someone who definitely knows everything that goes on inside the club, laudrup had to go.

But that 2nd half performance was by far the worst I've seen.

1st half was what I expected and should have been

 

Were you thinking this atfter the results against Cardiff and Stoke? Were you thinking this after the performances against Napoli and Liverpool? 5 points from 9 against teams around us, and should have been 7 from 9 but for a defensive error.
