Pardew fined and formal warning

Pardew has been given a formal warning and fined £100000 by Newcastle.

 

Ridiculous. It will sell a few more copies of his autobiography when it comes out.
100k is like getting a parking ticket to him.

 

He is one of the lower paid managers in the PL, only on £800k a year, Rooney earns more in 3 weeks.

 

Erm thats the punishment from his club. The FA haven't waded in yet.

 

His credibility is gone. What does he say to one of his players if they do the same?

 

Behind the scenes they probably give a pat on the back and congratulate them for clocking the gobby ****.

Fans and pundits may want the game to go soft but most players and managers are made of sterner stuff.
