    No, I don't think he would have felt he earned it and would rather have gone out at the top while he was playing than be 4th choice and just hang around.

    Why the **** didn't Sturridge just shoot first time! That's when he becomes annoying, did it a couple of times against Arsenal as well. Always trying to take the keeper on, when he'll only narrow the angle for himself.
