As long as we pick up points, and given the way we are playing under Monk we will, then this sentence is remotely irrelevant
Take a good look at the post above...never seen anything like it from those in the Laudrup bashing camp....this is how an intelligent adult behaves and is another reason why Mikra and his contributions should be welcomed.
I fully concur with this. Mikra is a valued contributor on this Forum, and some should hang their heads in shame at the way they treat him/her.
So faced with either: a) a spirited, entertaining defeat; or b) a workman like, boring, Sousa-esque victory .... what's your choice for tomorrow.
Nice try, but I specifically put those two options together to reflect the polarity of anti-laudrup opinion. Laudrup has been deemed to have produced non-entertaining, spiritless football over the latter part of his tenure, while Monk, having only won one in whatever, has apparently produced more spirited, attacking football. So having your cake and trying to eat it is a bit of a cheat. Try again.
It is a valid option, as should we play like we have done the past month under Monk against Palace tomorrow, I am more than confident of victory.
Ditto this. "You can choose your friends but you can't choose your family", type of thing. Okay, like some players, mikra chose us because of Laudrup. Laudrup is no longer here but mikra still is and long may that be the case.
Try C) it might help your lack of PMA ! I'll go for a spirited, entertaining Monk-esque victory................. I like Mikra and have no issues with him at all, it's perfectly understandable his position, and I'm sure as time goes by he'll move on as we all should, now lets get behind Monk the magnificent!..............
He came here as Laudrup fan and is now constantly pouting, it is hard to respect someone who attacks the club because it had audacity to sack his favourite sports person.
What's wrong with it? I'm sorry I can't find anything wrong with it....it's tame compared to some poster's criticisms of us under Laudrup.
I will take a probable win playing the Swansea way to a probable lose with an inept laudrup any day of the week...
Dai the other day you said you would rather go down under Monk than stay up under Laudrup, what is it? I have seen you calling for the Swans to lose before now, now you are fully behind that manager. If you said black was black i'd get a second opinion.
