They're only available online. Not available by phone, or in person, until Sunday(ticket office open 10-3.00 pm).
They announced it on their website earlier in the week. Presumably to avoid a clamour for tickets and hold ups when trying to deal with things on a match day. Of course this won't work as so few people will have read the website. I only saw it when I went on to buy online otherwise would have been unaware. Going on to buy online was a waste of time anyway as it didn't recognise my details and I ended up buying over the phone.
If you are a season pass holder try registering and then buying online. My problem was it didn't recognise my details when trying to order but when I tried to re-register it said there was already someone registered under that email. Couldn't be bothered anymore so rang up. Will sort out, hopefully, at some other time.
Can we only buy our own tickets online? I just tried to buy my own and my cousins seat (who I go with) but it seems I have to log in as them to buy theirs? It never used to be like that? Can we only reserve one seat with our season ticket? Are they expecting a huge demand or something for Sunderland?
Same here....got mine and the junior tigers tickets through the post today. Here's to us selling out .
Could only get my own ticket on line but not my mates. So rang up and ordered both. Was told you can only get your own at the moment but they hope to change that in time.
