I can see you lot having the title sewn up in a few more games. Arsenal will end up in free fall after today's game, whilst City are a fragile bunch, and you guys beating them on Monday would have destroyed there confidence. I remember when we did them at the Etihad last season, and they went on a massive slump afterwards. In 5 more games time the bookies will be paying out on your lot, mark my words

Couldn't help feeling for the Everton supporter from Malaysia who booked a flight over to watch his very first game at Goodison only to get here and discover the game was called off due to the weather!

Not at all. West Ham and West Brom have shown we will struggle against the 'lesser' sides now and then. Many points will be dropped by all teams and the remaining head to heads may decide it.

I agree, teams fighting for Ssurvival wont be easy you saw that against WBA and we just managed a win against Fulham, I can see more of those type of games happening and as you say the head to heads will be important.

All things considered, a good weekend for us. We had probably the hardest game on paper of the top 4 and are in the same position as before the weekend with another game closer to season's end. Everton always cause us problems so good to get past them with 3 points.

With Everton and Spuds both losing, we are 10 (effectively 11 ) points clear of 5th which should now mean we are pretty much certain for top 4 and we can start to really focus on the title now.

City still marginal favourites for me but it's going to the wire and definitely a 4 horse race now.

Cardiff's owner is as frikkin mad as a box of frogs.
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26366898
Buys the club and invests some cash so they get promoted, good.
Then changes the clubs colour, sacks the manager that promoted them, says they have spent too much of his money and basically that HE will be running **** now, oh and British press is racist.
And he wonders why fans are turning on him and are "ungrateful".

"Tan, who believes British clubs are "very blessed" to have foreign owners, denied he would walk away if Cardiff were relegated ("unless the fans really p*** me off so much, then I may leave") and pledged to donate £1m to local charities if they stay up."

lol so he can do and say anything he wants as long as he makes charitable donations........sounds like Jimmy Saville.
I will stay "unless the fans p*ss me off" jesus!

When you look at owners like him and Vladmir Romanov of Hearts. it makes you appreciate Roman that much more.

Best owners are the ones not looking solely suck money and use clubs as a cash cow.

    Wouldn't swap ours for anyone.

The other thing that shocks me is that he changed the clubs colours from Blue to Red because Red is a more "successful colour" in Malaysia!
Well Cardiff isnt in f**king Malaysia and British fans dont give a **** about your backward superstitions.

He should have bought a Malaysian club. Silly c**t.

A draw for city would be handy here. Another game for them and no easy run to the cup for the arse

exactly what I expected. however still think, Wigan/Hull/Sheff might be too big for the goons to surmount.

And to you all who backed City as the favorites - this the reason why I didn't pick Manny over Jose or City over us from day one, despite their team being miles ahead of our team!

wow.. City down to 10 after 10 mins. Kompany sent off and within few mins Silva produces stunning 30 yarder.

    City 1 up at KC.

If City get 3 pts playing 10 - I would consider them serious threat to our title from today especially with no CL, FA Cup matches.

Brucey's tactics are disgusting against 10 men City. Center from left & right and always have 3 MEN OFFSIDE for all those crosses.

would be great if Brucey wins FA cup and follows Moyesy.

But seriously thought he might be chomping at the bits to have a go at City with his obvious past.

update: second half - more dire from hull city pussycats!

Change in tactics by Brucey. Instead of having 3 men in offside position he puts 4/5 now in offside position for all the centers.
they are right on course for the offside record in a single match.

2-0 City. We are pinning our hopes on Liverpool, United and Arsenal to take points of them I reckon. Unless City get careless in other games, that is what we hope for. We need to keep going. Hull City let themselves down there.

I would be thrilled if the pussycats go down. That was shambles worse than Spuds head down a$$ up performance against 10 men Moanu few years ago at the lane.

I think any of the 6/7 teams would go down. That many are piss poor this season.

would rather not consider City as real threats just based on that performance.
Still would consider OUR Strikers as the only MAJOR threat to for OUR TITLE!!

Awful weekend. To think I saw this as a potentially good weekend for us.

When the season began most of us were accepting top 3 and being closer to the top than last season. That has been achieved. Better than that will be bonus. Of course being top makes you want more but the reality is we can't expect more from this squad. Jose made a mistake with Lukaku which could have made the difference but with the age of this team and a couple of additions we will be a much better prospect in the years to come.

No way Arsenal or Liverpool could fail to beat SPuds or United. Only hope was for Hull to get a point
