think you will find they can afford it,they get handouts from the government, they did for Bale, and if they want Saurez, they would afford him
Never mind about that. If you play like you did last night (irrespective of the scoreline) against us at Anfield, we'll ****ing tear you apart. You were ****ing dogsnit.
Latest rumour is that we're after Roberto Firminio - I hope its' true, one of the best players in the Bundesliga.
Quite a few on here last night were suggesting it could have a positive effect on their camp, boosting confidence helping them to go on a bit of a winning run. IMO, it doesn't matter so long as we beat them at Anfield. At the very least, don't lose.
They must have been watching a different match to me then. If that head-butting tit hadn't been sent off, spuds were out. They were ****ing ****. So were Dnipro. However, Konoplyanka. Yes please
I turned it off after they scored as I thought they were out. Didn't know Dnipro had had a player sent off
bbc were rimmin spurs last night after their 30 minute performance, but likewise I had no idea they were playing against 10. no wonder they were 3. Spurs were up against a brick wall before then with their complete lack of creativity

Atletico Madrid are preparing to offer Brazil-born striker Diego Costa, 25, a big pay rise to fend off reported interested from Premier League clubs including Arsenal. Full story: Marca Don't want him joining Arsenal! Or Chelsea! -------------------- he wants to join us really, just hope we finish top 4 and show interest
Joining either of those London clubs will make them significantly stronger. The league wouldn't be so close if either of them had a striker, even Man City would have been out of it by now.
It depends. If Chelsea spend over £30m on a striker we all know that striker will flop. If Arsenal make a big signing we know they will pile so much pressure on them that they will burn out! #Ozil Suarez and Sturridge > The Rest
Diego Costa is a funny one - his value has sky rocketed this season. But even at £23m we could have got for him, I felt he was overpriced. He's not a particularly elegant player, pretty much a donkey on the ball - but he's extremely effective. Could become a Dirk Kuyt figure. I think we can get better players and for less money - but Costa does possess an attribute we desperately need: Physicality - he loves a good scrap and we need more fighters in this team. There seems to be a lack of leaders in the team, especially in midfield and defence.
I saw him in the first game and he looked very good. Very direct and happy and able to take on a player. Didn't see him yesterday though.
Couple of superb dribbles and two fantastic and highly technical shots, both of which deserved a goal but hit the post. He was like a beacon in a sea of ****
Saw some talking about Isco and whilst Brilliant, think I would like to see Jese come over more. A bit more end product with him and directness.
