"Knowing him and Chadli are there shows we mean business." There's no business, like slow business ...
Dnipro have 9-10 behind the ball every time we have possession - at the moment, they're quite well organised too. This ain't gonna be easy if they can maintain their shape...
That's the thing and we don't want to over commit too early and get caught on the break. I can't see us scoring 3 we are hardly prolific.
I was wondering why we were avoiding the entire left half of the field. Then Fryers showed me it's because he's over there. You can tell the Dnipro players love the nice pitch by how much they're rolling around on it.
The Dnipro player didn't dive, he slipped--though he did stay on the ground a suspiciously long time. Dnipro look more dangerous on the counter than we do trying to attack very narrowly. Soldado and Eiriksen have created what little we've come up with so far.
First match in ages that I've felt proper nervous watching. I did the washing up in the hope a goal would be scored and my nerves could be put at ease. No luck. We look ok from what I've seen so far though, although Soldados elbow could have been a blow..
3 things that are p*ssing me off. 1) We are terrible at breaking teams down when they play like this. No guile whatsoever. 2) Fryers is f*cking sh*t 3) Dnipro are cheating c*nts
The odd thing is we don't look too bad, even though we aren't creating anything. Dnipro is closing down aggressively, to give them credit, and we aren't quite good enough to get it through them. I really wish Sandro and Kaboul would stay fit--they both add so much, especially Kaboul.
